Bhavik Shah, the founder of Kayak Immigration Inc., is an RCIC and Commissioner of Oaths in Ontario. He is also an active member of the CAPIC.

A certified professional in Business Immigration Law, Bhavik helps international entrepreneurs immigrate to start their Canadian ventures. He has also helped Canadian companies to hire and retain talent on LMIA and LMIA-exempt streams. He provides personalized strategic pathways and legal advocacy for complex cases that require unique remedies like reconsideration, restoration, and Humanitarian and Compassionate considerations.

Earlier, Bhavik was a Structural Engineer with 15+ years of work experience in USA, Canada, and India. He has a Master's in Structural Engineering from Kansas State University, and additional educational qualifications from Canada and India.

In his spare time, you will find Bhavik playing with his kids.

Nilofer Mehta graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering and a Master's in Computer Science. She also completed an Immigration Practitioner  Diploma and became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in 2018.

She established a tech forward and customer focussed company Visagram Immigration Consulting Inc. and has since helped hundreds of students and immigrants to achieve their dreams in Canada. 

She is highly focused on the needs of the client and helps them set short-term and long-term goals for their journey to Canada.

Tanvi Nagda is a Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public in Ontario, Canada. She has her own law firm in Toronto, Canada - TRN Legal PC.

She practices immigration law where she helps clients in all aspects of immigration law including temporary residency, permanent residency, business immigration, PNP entrepreneur programs, work permits, LMIA, H&C Applications, refugee cases, judicial reviews, procedural fairness cases etc.

She is born and brought up in Mumbai, India. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and LL.B. degree from Mumbai. She is passionate about immigration law having immigrated to Canada herself from Mumbai in 2016 and gaining valued experience with a seasoned immigration law firm in Toronto. She believes that this field of law helps families get together, start new beginnings and in general bring the world closer which makes it very fulfilling and rewarding.

She is a practicing Jain and is a member of the Jain Society of Toronto and JITO Canada. She is actively involved in community causes and is always working towards upliftment of Jains in general. She believes in economic empowerment for all Jains through JITO.

Srushti Shah is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) registered and licensed member of the CICC (College of Immigration Consultants) with a good standing record.

I hold a diploma in Immigration Law from CSIC Academy BC as well as Post Graduation degree in Computer Science.
